As the exclusive production team for United’s Annual Leadership Conference, LSAV POWERHOUSE proudly helped the airline with the announcement of a new partnership with the Special Olympics. This new program focused on delivering exceptional service to all of United’s passengers will bring awareness to and provide training for thousands of employees by identifying ways to create a more positive flying experience to those with intellectual disabilities.
To celebrate the new partnership, LSAV POWERHOUSE designed an immersive storytelling environment including a circular stage enhanced with curved widescreen video elements, interactive lighting, multiple camera angles and explosive audio. Before the event the LSAV POWERHOUSE team worked with all presenters, including United CEO Oscar Munoz, choreographing the onstage movement to energetic music cues. The highlight of the event was the announcement of the new partnership kicking off the general session with a surprise parade of Special Olympians and a very special address from a top SO athlete. After the presentation, LSAV POWERHOUSE coordinated a service project in which United employees and Special Olympians worked side by side to stuff 7500+ hygiene kits for the homeless.
